Important Tips for Account Security
Use a strong password
Create a unique password with at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols. Do not use the same password on other sites.
Be careful on public devices
If you log in from a cyber café or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session and clear your browser history.
Watch out for phishing links
Only use the official address tm999.lat. Do not click on links from unknown sources and never give your password to third parties.
Change your password regularly
Changing your password every few months keeps your account more secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, change it immediately.
Do not share your login details
No tm999 staff member or support agent will ever ask for your password. If anyone does, report it immediately via live chat.
Choose a secure network
Use your own or a trusted Wi-Fi network whenever possible. Avoid sensitive transactions on public hotspots.
