1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between tm999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this platform ("User", "you"). By accessing the tm999.lat website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. tm999 reserves the right to immediately close an account and forfeit any pending winnings if false or misleading information is provided.

tm999 may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Management & Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. The following policies apply:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and never share them with anyone.
• Operating an account through or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to tm999 immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.

tm999 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into your tm999 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tm999 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount).

General rules regarding bonuses:

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If a bonus offer is not used within a specified time limit, it may be cancelled.
• tm999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

5.3 VIP Program

tm999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers come with greater benefits. Cashback benefits are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week

tm999 reserves the right to make final decisions regarding VIP benefits and tier changes.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following policies apply to placing bets and playing games on tm999:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the outcome of a bet remains undetermined due to a technical error, tm999 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the original amount.
• The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) apply alongside tm999's own rules.
• In sports betting, event outcomes are determined based on data from a neutral third party.
• tm999 is not liable for losses caused by system errors or disconnections.

Gaming services are provided on an "as is" basis. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tm999 platform:

• Operating an account in the name of or placing bets on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in securing their account.
• Delays or losses caused by errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Unforeseen technical errors or force majeure situations.
• Service interruptions caused by any reason beyond tm999's control.

tm999 always strives to ensure a safe and reliable service, but in certain unavoidable situations, service quality may be temporarily affected.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by tm999

tm999 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Concerns regarding access by minors.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance, however any active bonuses will be cancelled. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming, allowing you to voluntarily exclude yourself for a set period.
